How to Make Saline Solution:
8 oz Distilled water
2 t Himalayan pink salt
1/2 T Xylitol
Heat water over medium-high heat.  Add Himalayan pink salt and let dissolve completely.  This should only take a few minutes.  The water does not need to reach boiling point.  Remove from heat.  Add xylitol.  Let cool to room temperature.  (It is important to add the xylitol after the solution is removed from the heat because you do not want it to cook.  It could alter the flavor and result in a bitter taste.)

Toothpaste Directions:

Place saline solution into a mixing bowl after it cools down to room temperature.  Add calcium bentonite clay, baking soda, coconut oil, and cinnamon (cinnamon is optional).  Using a fresh aloe vera leaf, squeeze the juice from leaf and add to mixture.  Stir until ingredients are completely blended.  Add food-grade hydrogen peroxide.  Add food-grade essential oil.  Blend well until you have a smooth creamy texture.  Transfer mixture into a container with an airtight lid.
